By booking a stay at The Driftwood, guests agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
Guests acknowledge that residential stays carry inherent risks, such as minor accidents, and accept full responsibility for their own safety.

Release of Liability
The property owners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests or their invitees during the rental period.

Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the hosts harmless against any claims arising out of their stay, including damages or injuries to themselves or others.
